Under the background of the health of the whole people,the ideological and political construction of college physical education course has important value meaning.However,at present,the ideological and political construction of college physical education curriculum still faces realistic difficulties such as teachers'thinking and cognition need to be improved,teaching content lacks moral education infiltration,and expanding the depth of ideological and political elements is blocked.Therefore,we should innovate ideological and political teaching methods,realize ideological and political education through PE teaching evaluation,and guide students'activities with innovative thinking.Improve students'ideological and political accomplishment,introduce student group work organizations,and strengthen social practice teaching.In this way,the ideological and political development in college physical education courses can be realized from the perspective of national health.
