摘要
该研究以协助校园网健康云平台建设为基础,探讨数字化管理在高校运动队中的应用价值、实施过程、操作难点及优化策略.以期通过数字化管理提升高校运动队的管理效率和训练效果,通过网络化、信息化等手段来实现运动队管理的科学化、规范化.通过平台的开发,实现有效整合资源、优化工作流程,提高决策的科学性和透明度,同时也为普通高校运动队成员的全方位发展和体育育人功能的发挥提供技术支持.
Abstract
Based on assisting in the construction of Campus Network Healthy Cloud Platform,,this paper discusses the application value,implementation process,operational difficulties and optimization strategies of digital management in university sports teams.It's hoped to improve the management efficiency and training effect of university sports teams by digital management,and realize scientific and standard management of sports teams by means of network and information.Through the development of the platform,it has achieved effective integration of resources,optimization of workflow,improvement of the Scientificity and transparency of decision-making,at the same time,it also provides technical support for the all-round development of college sports team members and the exertion of sports function.
