摘要
Musclin是骨骼肌分泌的一种肌细胞因子,其主要通过自分泌或旁分泌的方式来调节机体的糖脂代谢,Musclin参与调控胰岛素抵抗、2型糖尿病和冠心病等慢性疾病的发生发展.运动干预能够影响机体Musclin的表达水平,进而改善胰岛素抵抗和2型糖尿病.同时,Musclin也作为一种活动刺激因子,可能影响机体的运动耐力.以上为研究相关慢性疾病发生发展机制和骨骼肌适应性耐力提供了新的视野.
Abstract
Musclin is a muscle cytokine secreted by skeletal muscle,which mainly regulates the body's glucose and lipid metabolism through autocrine or paracrine.Musclin is involved in the regulation of insulin resistance,T2DM,coronary heart disease and other chronic diseases.Exercise intervention can affect the expression level of Musclin in the body,thereby improving insulin resistance and T2DM.At the same time,Musclin,as an activity stimulating factor,may affect the body's exercise endurance.The above provides a new perspective for studying the mechanism of the occurrence and development of chronic related diseases and skeletal muscle adaptive endurance.
