Application Research on Single-Foot Slope Squatting Function in Targeted Diagnosis of Patellar Tendonopathy in Athletes
Objective:To explore the application of 25°single-foot slope squatting in targeted diagnosis of patellar tendinopathy in athletes.Method:52 athletes diagnosed with patellar tendinopathy are in the patellar tendinopathy group,and 52 athletes without patellar tendinopathy are matched in the non patellar tendinopathy group.Tester A used Ultrasound Tissue Characterization(UTC)to scan and quantify the tissue structure of the patellar ligament in two groups of athletes.Tester B tested the knee joint angle(SLDS-KROM)of two groups of athletes when squatting on a 25° slope with one foot.Tested the two twice and took the average.Compare the proportion of patellar ligament fiber type echoes to total fiber echoes and the differences in SLDS-KROM between two groups of athletes;Compare the correlation between type I%+type II%,type III%,type IV%and SLDS-KROM in two groups.Result:1)The proportion of echo types of patellar ligament fibers in athletes with patellar tendinopathy group was significantly lower than that in athletes without patellar tendinopathy group.The proportion of echo types of patellar ligament fibers in type I+II decreased significantly,while the proportion of echo types in type III and IV increased significantly,respectively.2)The SLDS-KROM decreased significantly in the patellar tendinopathy group compared to the non patellar tendinopathy group.The SLDS-KROM of the patellar tendinopathy group fluctuated between 35° and 75°,while the SLDS-KROM of the non patellar tendinopathy group fluctuated between 74° and 110°.3)In the patellar tendinopathy group and non patellar tendinopathy group,type I%+type II%were significantly positively correlated with SLDS-KROM,while type III%and type IV%were significantly negatively correlated with SLDS-KROM.Conclusion:The ability of athletes to squat on a 25° slope with one foot is influenced by the tissue structure of the patellar ligament.The SLDS-KROM increases with the increase of type I%+type II%and the decrease of type III%and type IV%in the patellar ligament.When the SLDS-KROM is greater than 75°,the patellar ligament tissue structure is in a normal state;When the SLDS-KROM is less than 75 °,the patellar ligament tissue structure is in an abnormal state.
