Research on the Application of PDCA Cycle Management Method in College Extracurricular Volleyball Training
Using methods such as Literature Review,Logical Analysis and Expert Interview,this article focuses on the application value,dilemma and path of PDCA Cycle Management Method in the college extracurricular Volleyball training.The research believes that the PDCA Cycle Management Method in college extracurricular Volleyball training can improve the efficiency of extracurricular training,promote the individual development of players,optimize the allocation of training resources,and enhance the teamwork ability.Meanwhile,the PDCA Cycle Management Method also faces the following challenges in college extracurricular Volleyball training:Lack of detailed and targeted skills training;Training form is single,lacking of personalized training;Training effect evaluation mechanism is imperfect;The training strategy needs to be optimized and adjusted.The following application paths have been proposed for this:Make detailed training plan,strengthen handball skill training with targeted measures;Implement interactive training format and implement personalized handball training mode;Regularly evaluate training effectiveness,use skill tests and student feedback;Continuously optimize teaching strategy and establish multi-dimensional training mode.
