Analysis of Specialized Physical Fitness Training Methods for College Young Fencers
Fencing,as an armed combat sport with long history and great ornamental value,integrates speed,strength and skill,and puts forward high requirements for athletes'physical fitness.In recent years,with the increasing number of fencing events at home and abroad and the vigorous development of fencing in China,college young fencers have become the backbone of fencing,and the development of physical fitness is directly related to their achievements in their careers.However,due to the influence of various factors such as individual differences and training methods,young athletes often face many challenges in special physical fitness training.Based on this,this paper actively explores special physical fitness training methods that are more suitable for college young fencers,fully taps the potential of young athletes,and provides practical guidance for college fencing training.
