Application of Adaptive Training Theory in Youth Football Training
This paper analyzes three main features of Adaptive Training Theory:individualized training principles,gradually increasing training load,and balancing between recovery and adaptation.Based on relevant theories and practical experience,this paper proposes four application strategies for Adaptive Training Theory in youth football training:Develope training plans according to age stages to promote overall physical development;Gradually increase training intensity and load to improve athletes'adaptability and endurance;Adjust training content based on individual differences to enhance personal technical skills;Reasonably arrange rest and recovery cycle to avoid fatigue and overtraining.
