Application and Exploration of Mind Mapping Combined with ECBL Teaching Mode in Exercise Physiology Teaching
Exercise physiology is a compulsory basic course for a lot of Physical Education majors.The content of this course is is relatively abstract,with many knowledge points and strong logical structure,which has become the focus and difficulty that troubles teachers'teaching and students'learning..In the current context of cultivating applied sports talents,the teaching of Exercise Physiology should adheres to student-oriented,guided by the"pain points"of teaching and learning.It's not only necessary to ensure ensure the integrity of the teaching content,but more importantly,to cultivate students'learning thinking,learning ability,and the ability to connect theory with practice Research has shown that the combination of mind mapping and ECBL teaching mode enhances students'interest in learning,effectively improves their academic performance,significantly enhances their logical thinking ability,self-learning ability,and ability to analyze and solve sports practice related problems.It helps to achieve the goal of cultivating sports talents with a solid foundation,learning ability,exploration ability,and emphasis on practice.
