摘要
高职体育教学在培养高素质技术技能人才方面发挥着重要作用,但目前仍存在课程设置缺乏职业导向、教学内容和方式陈旧、实践教学环节薄弱,以及教师职业素养有待提高等问题.该文在分析问题的基础上,提出了构建符合职业需求的课程体系、优化教学内容与教学方式、加强校企合作与实践教学、完善职业导向的教师队伍建设等路径,并从加强改革教学评价体系、营造良好的校园文化氛围、加强资源整合与投入等方面提出了保障措施,以期为高职体育教学融入职业特色提供参考.
Abstract
Physical education in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in cultivating high-quality technical talents,but there are still some problems such as a lack of vocational orientation in curriculum setting,outdated teaching contents and methods,weak practice teaching links and teachers'professional quality to be improved.Based on the analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward some pathes,such as constructing a curriculum system that meets vocational needs,optimizing teaching content and teaching methods,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and practical teaching,and improving the construction of career-oriented teacher team,and also puts forward some safeguard measures from the aspects of strengthening the reform of teaching evaluation system,creating a good campus cultural atmosphere,and strengthening resource integration and investment,hoping to provide reference for the integration of vocational characteristics into Physical Education teaching in higher vocational colleges.
