摘要

在新时代背景下,高校是完善学生人格、强健学生身心的重要阵地,应肩负起立德树人重任,大力推进体育课程教学改革,切实减轻学生压力,强健学生体魄.该文基于教学实践视角,深层次分析高校开展"形气神"三位一体课程的必要性,展现"形气神"三位一体课程教学的意义与价值,全面剖析我国高校"形气神"三位一体课程的教学现状,发现潜在课程教学问题,提出针对性的课程教学策略,提升高校体育教学质量.

Abstract

Under the background of the new era,colleges and universities are an important battlefield to improve students'personality and strengthen their physical and mental health.They should shoulder the responsibility of Lide Shuren,vigorously promote the teaching reform of Physical Education courses,effectively reduce students'pressure,and strengthen students'health.Based on the perspective of teaching practice,this article deeply analyzes the necessity of implementing the"physique,qi and vitality"trinity curriculum in colleges,demonstrates the significance and value of"physique,qi and vitality"trinity curriculum teaching,comprehensively analyzes the teaching status of the"physique,qi and vitality"trinity curriculum in colleges in China,identifies potential curriculum teaching problems,puts forward targeted curriculum teaching strategies,improves the teaching quality of college physical education.
