基于专业群建设的高职体育教学改革研究

摘要
通过文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对专业群建设下的高职体育教学进行调查研究.多数院校在进行专业群建设的过程中,重视专业课程建设,忽视公共通识教育课程建设,对于服务专业群建设的"体育与健康"课程未做到精准配置,存在着全校统一标准的教学模式、教学方法、教学内容,未开展与各专业群建设相匹配的"体育与健康"课程教学.高职体育教学要以专业群建设为核心,以专业群所对应的工作岗位需求的身体素质条件为依据,开展职业性体育教学,实施专业群分类、分班教学,理论选修与实践必修同步进行,对传统体育教学进行改革创新,对教学内容进行重新组织构建,拓展专业群岗位需求身体素质条件项目强化练习,为学生职业体育、终身体育发展打下坚实基础,推动高职专业群建设高质量发展.
Abstract
Through methods such as Literature Review,Field Investigation,Expert Interview,physical education teaching of higher vocational colleges under the construction of professional groups is investigated and studied.In the construction of professional groups,most colleges and universities attach importance to the construction of professional courses,ignoring the construction of public general education courses.They do not accurately allocate the"Physical Education and Health"course that serves the construction of professional groups.There are unified teaching models,teaching methods and teaching contents of the whole school,and they do not carry out the"Physical Education and Health"course that matches the construction of various professional groups.Physical education in higher vocational colleges should focus on the construction of professional groups,take the physical quality conditions required by the corresponding jobs of professional groups as the basis,carry out professional physical education,implement professional group classification and class teaching,carry out theoretical elective courses and practice compulsory courses simultaneously,reform and innovate traditional physical education,and re-organize and construct teaching content.Expanding professional group positions requires physical fitness conditions to strengthen the exercise,lay a solid foundation for the development of students'professional sports and lifelong sports,and promote the high-quality development of vocational professional group construction.
