摘要
该文基于治理现代化背景,对社区体育多元化发展的困境及路径进行研究,其目的在于为提高社区体育的治理效果,推进社区体育的多元化发展提供借鉴与参考.在研究的过程中,主要采用了文献分析法,从资源、参与程度、管理模式等方面分析了当前社区体育的现状,揭示了多元化发展所面临的资源不均衡、参与意愿有差异等困境,并据此提出了治理现代化背景下社区体育多元化发展的路径,具体包括:厘清现代化治理与社区体育多元化发展的内在关系;加强政府的政策引导;构建多样化的社区体育项目体系.
Abstract
Based on the background of governance modernization,this article studies the difficulties and paths of diversified development of community sports,with the aim of providing reference and guidance for improving the governance effect of community sports and promoting the diversified development of community sports.In the research process,Literature Analysis method was mainly used to analyze the current situation of community sports from the aspects of resources,participation level,and management mode,revealing the difficulties faced by diversified development such as resource imbalance and different willingness to participate.Based on this,a path for the diversified development of community sports under the background of governance modernization was proposed,including:Clarify the inherent relationship between modern governance and the diversified development of community sports;Strengthen government policy guidance;Build a diversified community sports project system.
