Research on the Construction of Composite Science and Technology Support Team for Competitive Sports in Hebei Province—A Case Study of the Preparation Period for Major Events
In order to further improve the leading role of science and technology in the preparation of competitive sports events,strengthen the ability of the competitive sports composite support team in Hebei Province in scientific research and scientific and technological services,and explore the construction ideas of the competitive sports composite science and technology support team in Hebei Province in the new cycle,this paper uses the research method combining Literature Review and Empirical Servey to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation and future trend of the competitive sports composite support team in Hebei Province.The research shows that the Hebei Provincial Competitive Sports Composite Support Team focuses on ensuring athletes and sports teams with the strength to win gold in major events through the integration of resources in scientific research,physical fitness,rehabilitation,psychology and other fields,and plays a unique role in preparation training and event support,but it also faces problems such as insufficient scientific research,imperfect operation mechanism,lack of professional talents,and low team effectiveness.Research suggests that in the process of building and improving the composite scientific and technological support team of competitive sports in Hebei Province,we should effectively refer to the international cutting-edge training theories and training methods,pay attention to the deep integration of science and technology and sports,stimulate new momentum for the development of competitive sports,improve the operation mechanism of the support team as soon as possible,innovate the team management mode,and improve the efficiency of team work.
