Actual Connotation,Operation Mechanism and Practice Strategy of Ice and Snow Tourism Promoting Quality Improving and Energy Enhancing Development of Rural Revitalization from the Perspective of Common Prosperity
Achieving common prosperity is not only the basic demand of socialism,but also the universal expectation of the broad masses of the people.To achieve this goal,rural revitalization is the only way.With the implementation of China's Rural Revitalization Strategy and the rapid development of tourism industry,ice and snow tourism has become one of the important fields to promote the high-quality development of rural revitalization,which has important significance and value for the high-quality development of Rural Revitalization.In the new era,the core characteristics of common prosperity cover four aspects:national prosperity,comprehensive prosperity,co construction prosperity and gradual prosperity development.Therefore,ice and snow tourism plays a fundamental role in promoting Rural Revitalization,including comprehensive coverage,high standardization,social participation and dynamic development.From the perspective of common prosperity,the mechanism of ice and snow tourism in promoting rural revitalization is mainly manifested in that ice and snow tourism helps strengthen agriculture,beautify rural areas and enrich farmers.From the four dimensions of policy,venue,capital and talent,this paper puts forward the specific practice strategies of ice and snow tourism in promoting Rural Revitalization,aiming to provide a new path for the development of the emerging industry of ice and snow tourism and the implementation of the key work of Rural Revitalization,and provide theoretical support for the formulation of relevant strategies and measures.
