该研究聚焦粤港澳大湾区背景下广东高职院校运动训练高水平专业群建设.通过分析大湾区体育产业发展现状与趋势,梳理广东高职院校运动训练专业群建设存在的问题,提出了专业群建设的思路:以服务大湾区体育产业为导向,重新定位人才培养目标;依托区域优质资源,深化产教融合;加强粤港澳三地合作,提升人才国际化水平.研究旨在为广东高职院校培养高素质运动训练人才、服务大湾区体育产业发展提供参考.
Abstract
This research focuses on the construction of high-level professional groups in sports training in Gunagdong vocational colleges in the context of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA).By analyzing the development status and trends of the sports industry in the GBA,it sorts out the existing problems in the construction of sports training professional groups in Guangdong vocational colleges,and put forward ideas for the construction of professional groups:Repositioning the goal of talent training with the orientation of serving the sports industry in the GBA;Relying on regional high-quality resources to deepen the integration of industry and education;Strengthening cooperation among Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao to improve the international level of talents.The research aims to provide reference for Guangdong vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality sports training talents and serve the development of the sports industry in the GBA.
