Design and Implementation of Large Unit Teaching of Special Sports Skills in Level 4 Aerobics
Aerobics is one of the gymnastic sports listed in the new curriculum of Physical Education at the compulsory education stage,with practical characteristics such as entertainment and fitness,and is an important carrier of school Physical Education teaching content.From the perspective of quality improvement and ability promotion,this study takes the teaching design of 36 class hours of level 4(grade 7 and grade 8)Aerobics special skills as an example,and adopts the method of theme creation and season competition to carry out the structured teaching,reorganize the teaching contents of Aerobics.By utilizing blank teaching design to return learning and practice space,enriching educational methods,extending teaching time and space,etc.,it inspires students'enthusiasm for learning and practice,improves their quality and abilities,achieves the transformation from technology to skills,and effectively enhances their core literacy.
