Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of CUBAL Third-Level League Teams—A Case Study of Shaanxi Business College
Under the policy of deepening the integration of sports and education,China University Basketball League(CUBAL)has made rapid development in recent years,and the CUBAL third-level league(the group of higher vocational colleges)has also made great progress.However,compared with the development of the first-level league teams,the level of most the third-level league teams are still relatively low,the team construction is not perfect,and the development situation is grim.Through the investigation and analysis of the basketball team of Shaanxi Business University,it is found that there are many deficiencies in the team in the aspects of training method,concept,training environment,logistics support,and the allocation of coaches,etc.By analyzing the current situation of its personnel composition,training and competition,this paper studies the shortcomings of team construction and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures,promote the comprehensive development of the third-level league basketball teams.
