Research on the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of College Volleyball Clubs in Dongguan
This research aims to explore the current situation and development strategies of college volleyball clubs in Dongguan.Through methods of Questionnaire Surveys and Interviews,the participation,cohesion,support from guidance teachers,forms of publicity,and funding management of volleyball club members are analyzed.The results show that the participation rate of college volleyball clubs in Dongguan is relatively high,but there are differences in cohesion,and some college members have insufficient understanding of the funding flow of the clubs.Research has shown that club activities are limited by factors such as the number of participants,enthusiasm,and technical difficulty.To promote the sustainable development of clubs,it is recommended to optimize organizational management,innovate activity forms,improve venue facilities,and strengthen inter school cooperation.These measures will help enhance the influence of volleyball clubs,strengthen students'sense of participation and belonging,and jointly promote the development of campus sports culture.
