Research on Specialized Physical Fitness Training Methods for College Students in Table Tennis
Table Tennis,as a sport that combines skills and physical fitness,is widely favored by college students.With the improvement of competitive level,specialized physical fitness training has gradually become a key link in Table Tennis.Physical fitness not only affects athletes'explosive power and endurance,but also directly determines their reaction speed and agility in intense competitions.However,currently some colleges do not attach enough importance to students'special physical fitness in Table Tennis training,and the training methods are also relatively single.This article mainly analyzes the physical fitness training methods for Table Tennis,in order to improve training effectiveness and promote the improvement of students'competitive level.
