Research on Strategies for Specialized Physical Training in Youth Football
Adolescence is the golden period for physical development,and a reasonable training content and scientific method are crucial for the growth of athletes.This paper aims to improve the physical fitness of young football players and builds a systematic training content framework,including five aspects:speed,strength,endurance,coordination,and agility.It also proposes a variety of practical training strategies,emphasizing the importance of training cycles and progression to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of training.It is hoped that this research can provide reference for the physical training of young football players and promote their performance in the fierce competition,contributing to the future development of Chinese football.
