Research on the Application of Functional Training in Sports Dance Training
This paper aims to explore the application effect and importance of functional training in Sports Dance training.Sports Dance,as a sport that integrates competition,entertainment and fitness,the physical fitness and technical level of its athletes directly affect the competition performance.This paper found that functional training can significantly improve core strength,balance,flexibility,and stability in Sports Dance athletes,helping to reduce sports injuries and improve athletic performance.This paper also proposes a series of specific application methods of functional training,in order to provide scientific guidance for Sports Dance training.
