According to relevant survey data,the physical fitness level of college students in China has shown a downward trend.Factors such as lack of exercise time,unhealthy eating habits,and excessive psychological pressure have led to a certain degree of decline in the physical fitness level of college students,manifested as symptoms such as lack of concentration,discomfort in the precordial area,digestive system absorption,and digestive dysfunction.In order to improve the physical fitness level of college students,the state has introduced a series of policies,and major universities have also taken multiple targeted measures,striving to use functional physical training to break the inherent impression of college students on sports projects,with the premise of mobilizing their enthusiasm for physical exercise,and helping to promote the healthy development of college students'physical fitness.Therefore,this article will discuss and analyze the impact of functional physical training on the physical fitness of college students,in order to improve the current situation of the gradual decline in physical fitness of college students.
