健康教育融入高校公共体育教学的路径研究

摘要
该文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,探究健康教育融入高校公共体育教学的优化路径.研究认为,我国学校健康教育面临健康教育课程落实不到位、健康教育评价标准不明确,以及体育课程对健康教育重视不足的问题.研究指出,健康教育融入高校体育教学是健康中国战略的实际体现、完善高校教育体系的重要部分,以及提升健康素养水平的有效途径.文章提出以下优化路径:升级健康教育,构筑全民"大健康"意识;落实以体育人,促进健康教育最大化;优化健康教育评价,助力健康教育规范化;整合教育资源,构建多元化健康教育体系.
Abstract
Using methods of Literature Review and Logical Analysis,this article explores the optimal path for integrating health education into college Public Physical Education teaching.The research suggests that health education in schools in China faces problems such as inadequate implementation of Health Education courses,unclear evaluation standards for health education,and insufficient emphasis on health education within Physical Education courses.Research points out that integrating health education into college Physical Education teaching is a practical manifestation of the national strategy"Healthy China,"an important part of improving the college education system,and an effective way to enhance health literacy levels.The optimal paths for integrating health education into Public Physical Education teaching in colleges include:Upgrade health education and build a nationwide"big health"awareness;Implement the concept of"Sports education"and promote the maximization of health education;Optimize health education evaluation and facilitate the standardization of health education;Integrate educational resources and construct a diversified health education system.
