基于南充市青少年全面发展的体教融合模式研究

摘要
在个体的生命周期中,青少年期占据着举足轻重的地位.就青少年心理与身体的发展而言,体育教育扮演着至关重要的角色,它不仅是青少年强健体魄的途径,也是培养其全面发展的重要基石.推进体育与教育的深度融合,既能为体育事业的进步提供政策支撑与方向指引,又能对青少年身心健康发展产生显著的促进作用.然而,当前南充市青少年体育与教育融合模式的实施面临着来自思想观念、目标设定、资源配置及实施措施等多方面的制约.为应对这些挑战,需充分发挥政府政策的引导作用,增强各利益主体的自觉意识,激发其能动性.通过多方面的策略优化,深化南充市体育与教育的融合,进而促进青少年的全面发展.
Abstract
In people's life,adolescence is one of the most important stages,and Physical Education plays an important role in the psychological and physical development of adolescents,which is not only a means for adolescents to exercise their bodies,but also an important basis for their comprehensive development.Promoting the integration of sports and education can not only provide policy support for sports development,point out the direction of sports development,but also play a strong role in promoting the physical and psychological development of adolescents.However,at present,the implementation of the integration model of sports and education for adolescents in Nanchong is restricted by ideology,goals,resources and measures.It is necessary to give full play to the guiding role of government policies,enhance the self-consciousness of stakeholders,enhance the initiative of stakeholders,and deepen the integration of sports and education in Nanchong through the optimization of various strategies to promote the all-round development of adolescents.
