Investigation and Prevention of Knee and Ankle Joint Injuries in High Jump Teaching—Taking Donglin Middle School of Wuxi as an Example
By using the methods of Questionnaire,Expert Interview and Literature Review,this paper investigates and analyzes the injuries of knees and ankles of 300 middle school students in Wuxi Donglin Middle School during their High Jump learning process.It is found that knees and ankles are most likely to be injured in High Jump practice,and the most direct causes of injuries include insufficient physical fitness,excessive training and unreasonable practice methods of middle school students.The research holds that in High Jump teaching,Physical Education teachers should first make students do full preparations,then strengthen the strength of corresponding muscle groups to stabilize the knee and ankle joints,and at the same time strengthen the flexibility of the muscles related to the knee and ankle joints to reduce the occurrence of sports injuries in High Jump teaching.
