Analysis of Psychological Factors in Teenager Sports Training
Teenager sports training is an important way to promote the simultaneous development of physiology and psychology.In the process of training,the psychological factors of teenagers play a decisive role,affecting their ability to effectively cope with various challenges and maintain a good training state.In view of the phenomena such as psychological dependence,strong self-awareness and emotional fluctuation among teenagers in sports training,implementing positive psychological intervention and guidance are particularly critical.Through scientific and rational psychological quality training,teenagers can better adapt to various challenges and pressures in sports training and achieve healthy growth.
