Core Strength Training Strategies for Students in Higher Vocational Tennis Training
Core strength is a necessary physical quality for tennis players and has a direct impact on the level of athletic skills of tennis players.In the tennis training of higher vocational students,coaches should adopt scientific training methods to strengthen the core strength and quality of students.The article elaborates on the importance of core strength for tennis players,specifically reflected in the aspects of enhancing hitting power,improving physical fitness,and preventing sports injuries.Then,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the core training of higher vocational tennis,including the lack of systematic training plan,the single training method,and the ignorance of students'personality differences,which affect the cultivation of students'core strength.Finally,this paper puts forward targeted core strength training strategies forl students in higher vocational tennis training.This research contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of core strength training in higher vocational tennis and improving the core strength level of students.
