This study aims to explore the impact of aerobic exercise training frequency on anxiety in adolescents aged 18 to 20.By random sampling, sixty adolescents were divided into three groups:a low-frequency group(twice a week),a medium-frequency group(four times a week),and a high-frequency group(six times a week). The participants underwent aerobic exercise training for eight weeks, and their anxiety levels were measured periodically. The results indicate that all participants'anxiety has been alleviated, and high-frequency exercise has a significant impact on the relief of anxiety.Specifically, the anxiety level of the high-frequency group decreased the most significantly, followed by the medium-frequency group, while the effect of the low-frequency group was relatively small.
