This paper analyzes the physical training problems in basketball training,mainly exploring the basic content of basketball physical training and the common problems existing in the current training.Through an in-depth analysis of the problems of unreasonable design of physical training content,single training method,insufficient training intensity,and mismatch with competition needs,practical optimization suggestions are put forward,such as formulating personalized training plans according to player positions,adopting diversified training modes,and dynamically adjusting training intensity,aiming to provide a reference for basketball physical training and improve the overall training effectiveness.
