In the context of the increasing popularity of national fitness activities,adapting to the demand for sports in social development has become a key task facing school physical education.National fitness campaign aims to improve people's health level and promote the comprehensive social development.College Aerobics teaching carries the dual mission of cultivating students'health awareness and improving their physical fitness.Based on this,this article systematically analyzes the impact of the national fitness campaign on college Aerobics teaching,and proposes effective strategies for innovative teaching systems,aiming to achieve the socialization and practicality of college Aerobics teaching,respond to the needs of social development,and enhance the social practical value of teaching.
