Under the macro trend of digitalization in the field of education,college physical education is facing a series of significant challenges,among which the lag of digitalization construction,the lack of digital literacy of teachers and the defects of digital infrastructure are particularly noticeable.In view of this,this research puts forward the following targeted strategies:firstly,colleges should focus on improving the digital infrastructure to lay a solid foundation for the digital transformation of physical education teaching;secondly,it is necessary to deeply explore the potential of digital technology to innovate physical education teaching mode and achieve personalized teaching,so as to meet the diverse learning needs of students;finally,it is necessary to accelerate the pace of digital campus construction,comprehensively improve teachers'digital literacy,and ensure that physical education teaching can be fully digitized in terms of process,mode and resources.Through the implementation of the above strategies,college physical education will be able to better adapt to the new environment brought about by digital changes,effectively respond to challenges,and take this opportunity to promote the continuous improvement of education quality.
