The governance of urban community sports organizations plays an important role in the modernization of China's sports governance system and governance capacity in the new era and is also a key link in meeting the growing sports needs of urban community residents at the same time.Digital leadership,as a core element of modern governance,has a profound impact on the enhancement of the effectiveness of community sports organizations.Organizational innovation plays an important role in enhancing the effectiveness of community sports organizations.Based on the survey data of 504 community sports leaders and managers in Zhengzhou,this paper takes community sports organization innovation as the mediating variable and adopts the structural equation model to explore the mechanism of digital leadership on community sports organization effectiveness.The results show that:Digital leadership has a significant direct effect on community sports organization effectiveness;Community sports organization innovation has a strong promoting effect on community sports organization effectiveness;Community sports organization innovation plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between digital leadership and community sports organization effectiveness.
