As a precious cultural heritage of the chinese nation,the integration of traditional ethnic sports into college public physical education courses is of great significance for inheriting and developing ethnic culture.This paper aims to explore the practice of traditional ethnic sports in college public physical education courses,and propose corresponding integration strategies,including practical paths such as improving ideological cognition,enriching curriculum resources,improving infrastructure allocation,strengthening the construction of physical education teachers.,These paths aim to provide reference and guidance for promoting the development of physical education in china,promoting the all-round development of students and inheriting traditional ethnic culture.
