this paper focuses on the concept of"integration of sports and education"to discuss the teaching reform path of volleyball course in college physical education major.Through optimizing the course structure,strengthening practical training,and innovating teaching methods,the deep combination of theory and practice is promoted.Aiming at the problems of single teaching content and insufficient practical training,this paper puts forward a number of improvement measures,including revising training scheme,strengthening practical teaching and constructing multiple evaluation system.These reform measures not only significantly improve students'competitive level and comprehensive quality,but also effectively cultivate students'teamwork and innovation ability,providing a comprehensive and sustainable development path for modern physical education.At the same time,these reforms have promoted the integration of physical education and competitive sports,laying a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-quality sports talents.
