Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions on curriculum ideological and political education in the new era,this paper delves into the fusion and appraisal of ideological and political elements in physical education majors.By employing Literature Review,it establishes an index system for ideological and political elements in physical education major courses,encompassing 4 primary indexes,16 secondary indexes,and 48 tertiary indexes.It proposes teaching implementation strategies and performance evaluation models that are compatible with the system,aiming to promote the improvement of students'ideological and political literacy by integrating teaching and evaluation processes.This research provides a theoretical basis and practical path for cultivating well-rounded socialist builders in the field of physical education.
