Sports Dance and Aerobics,as shining pearls of modern sports art,jointly demonstrate the deep integration of sports and aesthetics.,Sports Dance,originated in Europe,has been blooming in China's sports industry since the 1980s.Its unique charm not only enriches the connotation of Physical Education,but also profoundly affects the aesthetic concept of Chinese people.Both carry the responsibility of enhancing spiritual realm and satisfying emotional needs,leading people to pursue higher levels of spiritual enjoyment through different aesthetic expressions.Aerobics is rooted in the Western admiration for bodybuilding,cleverly integrating the agility of gymnastics,the rhythm of dance,and the passion of music.It is the crystallization of the progress of the times and technological innovation.From a macro perspective,there are indeed similarities in aesthetic pursuits between the two,but upon closer examination of their specific characteristics,they reveal distinct aesthetic differences.This article first elaborates on the cultural backgrounds and connotations of sports dance and aerobics,and then analyzes their respective technical characteristics and aesthetic similarities and differences.
