Factors Affecting High School Students'Middle-Distance Race Performance in Physical Fitness Tests and Teaching Strategies
This paper analyzes the main factors affecting high school students'middle-distance race performance from four perspectives:individual factors,organizational factors,technical factors,and social factors.In response to these influencing factors,the paper proposes the following teaching strategies:scientifically planning training programs,optimizing daily exercise habits,strengthening running technique guidance,and creating a positive sports atmosphere.The aim of implementing these strategies is to improve students'middle-distance race performance during physical fitness and health tests,and stimulate their interest and motivation to participate in physical exercise,thereby promoting their physical and mental health development.
