Research on the Construction Strategies of the"Learning,Training,Competing,and Evaluating"Curriculum Model in High School Physical Education from the Perspective of Physical Fitness and Health
In recent years,physical fitness and health test results have shown that high school students generally have deficiencies in physical fitness such as endurance and strength.In view of this problem,this paper proposes an integrated"learning,training,competing,and evaluating"curriculum model,focusing on its application in physical fitness and health testing.By selecting innovative teaching methods,deepening training skill,organizing diverse competitive activities,and improving the scientific evaluation system,teaching objectives can be achieved.The article aims to provide high school Physical Education teachers with an effective teaching framework to help students develop comprehensively through the integration of theory and practice,while improving overall performance in physical fitness and health tests.
