大学生功能性动作筛查与《国家学生体质健康标准》测试总分的关系研究

目的:分析功能性动作筛查(FMS)总分与大学生《国家学生体质健康标准测试》(以下简称"体测")总分的相关性.方法:回顾性分析2019年9月入学的符合纳入标准的102例大一学生体测总分与同期FMS总分数据.其中,男生53例,女生49例.采用秩和检验比较FMS总分及各项目得分.该文运用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估FMS总分对体测总分的筛查效能.结果:体测总分良好以下组与体测总分良好及以上组相比,FMS总分(Z=-2.730,P=0.006)和直线弓箭步得分(Z=-2.441,P=0.015)的差异具有统计学意义.当FMS总分阈值设为16.5时,其灵敏度为62.86%,特异度为67.16%(AUC=0.66,95%CI=0.56～0.77,P=0.007).结论:体测总分良好及以上者的FMS总分和直线弓箭步单项得分更高,FMS总分可用于体测总分的筛查.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the relevance between the total score of Functional Movement Screening(FMS)and the total score of the National Students'Physical Health Standard Test(hereinafter referred to as"physical test").Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of the total score of 102 freshmen enrolled in September 2019 who met the inclusion criteria and the total score of FMS in the same period.Among them,53 were male and 49 were female.Rank-Sum Test was used to compare the total score of FMS and the scores of each item.In this research,Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the screening effectiveness of FMS total score on physical test total score.Results:There were significant differences in FMS total score(Z=-2.730,P=0.006)and linear lunge squat score(Z=-2.441,P=0.015)between the group with a good total score and the group with a good or above total score.When the FMS total score threshold is set to 16.5,its sensitivity is 62.86%and specificity is 67.16%(AUC=0.66,95%CI=0.56 to 0.77,P=0.007).Conclusion:The total score of FMS and linear lunge squat are higher in patients with good or above total score of physical test.The total score of FMS can be used to screen total score of physical test.
