Simulation Research of Solenoid Valve's Characteristic Based on Maxwell Equation
In this article, the structure and working principle of the solenoid valve are introduced. The simulating calculation about static and dynamic characteristics is carried out by using electromagnetic finite element Ansoft Maxwell. The calculation contributes to obtaining magnetic displacement, magnetic line distribution and suction characteristic curve in static magnetic field. The dynamic suction, coil current, armature displacement and armature movement rate of the electromagnet under rated operational conditions are obtained as well. Besides, the suction and response time of the electromagnet are simulated by changing the driving voltage, coil turn and working air gap, etc.. The results demonstrate the influence of these parameters on the solenoid valve's characteristic.
