摘要

[目的]有色金属及合金的表面改性处理已成为材料科学研究的热点.[方法]概述了铝、镁、钛、铜及其合金表面水溶液电沉积及离子液体电沉积技术的研究进展,指出了目前存在的问题,展望了未来的发展趋势.[结果]采用电沉积技术能够在有色金属及合金表面制得性能理想的镀层.[结论]多数水溶液电沉积技术已较为成熟,离子液体电沉积虽较为环保,但有待进一步的研究和提升.

Abstract

[Introduction]Surface modification of nonferrous metals and alloys has become a hot topic in the field of materials science.[Method]The research progress of electrodeposition on surfaces of nonferrous metals i.e.aluminum,magnesium,titanium,and copper,and their alloys in aqueous solutions and ionic liquids was reviewed.The existing problems were pointed out,and the future development trend was proposed.[Result]Coatings with desirable properties can be obtained on nonferrous metals and alloys through electrodeposition.[Conclusion]Most of the electrodeposition technologies in aqueous solutions are mature.The electrodeposition technology in ionic liquid is more environmentally friendly,but needs to be further researched and improved.
