海洋环境下钢结构用水性无机富锌底漆的制备及性能

[目的]海洋钢结构长时间暴露在高盐雾、高湿热、阳光曝晒等环境下会发生严重的腐蚀,而目前大多数水性无机富锌底漆含锌量大、成本高.[方法]采用自制高模数硅酸钾溶液作为基料,通过优化制备条件,获得了一种贮存稳定性高、耐腐蚀性能强、干燥时间短的水性无机富锌底漆.[结果]当采用季铵类稳定剂来制备硅酸钾溶液,增稠剂用量为8.6%(质量分数)时,得到的基料可在50 ℃下稳定贮存30 d.以基料与锌粉的质量比1.0∶1.2制备的涂层抵御中性盐雾腐蚀的时间长达5 000 h.[结论]该底漆可用于海洋环境下的钢结构防腐.
Preparation and properties of a water-based inorganic zinc-rich primer for steel structures in marine environment
[Introduction]Marine steel structures suffer from severe corrosion due to the long-term exposure to high salt spray,high humidity,and sunlight.Currently,most water-based inorganic zinc-rich primers have high zinc content and high cost.[Method]A water-based inorganic zinc-rich primer with good storage stability,strong corrosion resistance,and short drying time was obtained by using a home-made high-modulus potassium silicate solution as the binder after optimizing the preparation conditions.[Result]The binder prepared from the potassium silicate solution stabilized by using a quaternary ammonium compound with 8.6%(mass fraction)of thickener could be stably stored at 50 ℃ for 30 days.The coating prepared with a mass ratio of binder to zinc powder 1.0:1.2 could endure up to 5 000 hours of neutral salt spray corrosion.[Conclusion]This primer can be used for anticorrosion of steel structures in marine environment.
