浅析汽车涂装水处理工艺中的细菌管理

[目的]前处理电泳相关水洗槽受环境影响,容易出现生菌问题,而一旦槽体生菌,难以彻底清除,很容易对槽体循环及车身电泳品质造成不良影响.[方法]分析了异噻唑啉酮、双氧水、硝酸等化学杀菌剂的利弊后,引入紫外线杀菌灯对细菌管理进行改善.[结果]长期开启紫外线杀菌灯可有效降低水洗槽内细菌的数量,从而减少化学杀菌剂的用量.[结论]向水洗槽导入紫外线杀菌灯可大幅降低杀菌成本,减少环境污染,提高杀菌效率.
Analysis on the control of bacteria in water cleaning related to automobile painting process
[Introduction]The rinsing tanks related to the pretreatment and electrocoating processes are affected by the environment and prone to bacterial problems.Once bacteria grow in the tanks,they are difficult to be completely removed,which is easy to have an adverse effect on the circulation of the tanks and the quality of electrocoatings on car bodies.[Method]The advantages and disadvantages of chemical bactericides such as isothiazolinone,hydrogen peroxide,and nitric acid were analyzed.Ultraviolet germicidal lamp was used to improve the control of bacteria.[Result]Long-term irradiation with ultraviolet germicidal lamp effectively reduced the number of bacteria in rinsing tanks,thus reducing the dosage of chemical bactericides.[Conclusion]The installation of ultraviolet germicidal lamp in rinsing tank can not only reduce the sterilization cost and environmental pollution greatly,but also improve the sterilization efficiency.
