摘要

[目的]金属设施及部件的腐蚀防护一直是工业发展中至关重要的问题,传统单一功能的防腐涂层材料已逐渐无法满足工业发展的需求.[方法]基于不同自然环境对防腐涂层材料的特殊要求,从金属在不同自然环境中的腐蚀机理出发,着眼于复合型防腐涂层材料的发展现状,重点分析了耐摩擦型、自修复型、超疏水型、抗菌型和防垢型5种复合多功能防腐涂层材料的应用情况及作用机理,并对复合型多功能防腐涂层材料的发展趋势及前景进行了展望.[结果]多功能防腐涂层材料在实际应用中表现出显著的性能优势,能够有效提升金属设施及部件的防护能力.[结论]多功能防腐涂层材料是现代工业防护的重要发展方向,具有广阔的应用前景和发展潜力.

Abstract

[Introduction]Corrosion protection of metal facilities and components has always been a crucial issue in industrial development. However,traditional single-functional anticorrosive coating materials have gradually been unable to meet the needs of industrial development.[Method]Based on the special requirements of different natural environments for anticorrosive coating materials,the corrosion mechanisms of metals in different natural environments were described and the development status of multifunctional anticorrosive coating materials were introduced. The applications and anticorrosion mechanisms of five types of multifunctional anticorrosive coating materials with friction resistance,self-healing property,superhydrophobicity,antibacterial property,and anti-scaling property respectively were summarized. The development trend and prospect of multifunctional anticorrosive coating materials were proposed.[Result]The multifunctional anticorrosive coating materials show significant advantages in practical application,effectively enhancing the protection ability of metal facilities and components.[Conclusion]Multi-functional anticorrosive coating materials are an important direction for modern industrial protection,with broad application prospects and development potential.
