高光泽高防腐水性汽车涂料的制备与性能

[目的]传统溶剂型汽车漆VOC(挥发性有机物)含量高,而现有的汽车用水性涂料耐老化性和耐蚀性较差.[方法]以有机硅改性水性环氧树脂为成膜材料,通过添加固化剂、功能颜填料、防锈剂等辅料,制备了一种高光泽高防腐水性汽车涂料,并讨论了各种原辅料的用量对涂料性能的影响.[结果]所制水性汽车涂料的表干时间为45 min,附着力0级,铅笔硬度达到HB,耐盐雾腐蚀时间在4 000 h以上,老化3 000 h后的保光率为87%,能通过240 h的耐水性测试,且VOC含量低至56.5 g/L.[结论]该涂料符合汽车用水性涂料标准(HG/T 4570-2013)的要求.
[Introduction]Traditional solvent-based automotive paints have high VOC(volatile organic compounds)content,while the existing automotive paints usually have insufficient resistance to ultraviolet aging and corrosion.[Method]A kind of waterborne automotive paint with high gloss and anticorrosion performance was prepared by using silicone-modified waterborne epoxy resin as binder with some auxiliary materials such as curing agent,functional pigment and filler,and antirust agent.The effects of the amounts of binder and auxiliary materials on various properties of the paint were discussed.[Result]The paint prepared with the optimized composition had the following properties:surface drying time 45 min,0-grade adhesion,pencil hardness HB,neutral salt spray corrosion resistance more than 4 000 hours,light retention rate of 87%after 3 000 hours of aging test,water resistance 240 hours,and VOC content 56.5 g/L.[Conclusion]The coating meets the requirements of the standard HG/T 4570-2013 for waterborne automotive coatings.
