环保退镀和除锈工艺在航空零部件中应用的可行性

[目的]高强度钢退镀镉、镍常分别使用硝酸铵溶液和硫酸,不仅存在生产安全风险,还可能引发基体氢脆和疲劳强度下降.中高强度钢电镀前除锈常采用强酸溶液,也可能引起氢脆问题,直接影响产品的品质.因此亟需寻找环保且安全的替代工艺.[方法]研究了WNK-S20退镀液和WNK-798除锈剂分别用于航空零部件退镀和除锈的可行性,并与传统退镀液和盐酸除锈的效果进行对比.[结果]WNK-S20 和WNK-798 都具有安全、环保、低氢脆、无腐蚀等优点.[结论]WNK-S20 和WNK-798都在航空零部件表面处理领域具有很好的应用前景.
[Introduction]The stripping of cadmium and nickel from high strength steels is often carried out with ammonium nitrate solution and sulfuric acid,respectively,which not only has safety risk but also may lead to hydrogen embrittlement and decline in fatigue strength of the substrates.The use of strong acid solution in derusting of medium and high strength steels before electroplating may also cause hydrogen embrittlement,directly affecting the product quality.Therefore,there is an urgent need to find some environmentally friendly and safe processes as substitutes.[Method]The feasibility of applying WNK-S20 stripper and WNK-798 derusting agent for aviation parts was studied.Their treatment effectiveness was compared with the traditional stripping solutions and hydrochloric acid derusting.[Result]Both WNK-S20 and WNK-798 are safe,environmentally friendly,low hydrogen embrittlement,and free of corrosion.[Conclusion]Both WNK-S20 and WNK-798 have good application prospects in the field of surface treatment for aviation parts.
