学校适应性对医学生心理健康的影响

目的:研究医学生学校适应性与心理健康的关系。方法选取右江民族医学院不同专业,不同性别,不同生源地学生,以班级为单位进行整群随机抽样,抽取6个班,共计300人为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、中国大学生适应量表(CCSAS)和基本情况调查表,对随机抽取的300名在校医学生进行测评。结果女生的择业适应因子的评分高于男生,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);城市生源医学生情绪适应因子的评分高于农村生源医学生,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);而满意度则农村生源医学生稍高,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);非独生子女医学生的人际适应要高于独生子女,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析表明,满意度、人际适应和情绪适应是影响医学生心理健康状况的3个重要因素。结论学校适应能力对医学生的心理健康状况存在一定的影响。
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between mental health and school adaptability of medical students. Methods A random sample of 300 medical students at a school were investigated using Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90), Chinese College Student Adaption Scale (CCSAS) and basic questionnaire. Results Girls were found to score higher than boys in career adaptation factor (P<0.01). Medical students of urban origin have higher scores than that of rural origin in emotional adjustment factor (P<0.01),but have lower satisfaction than that of rural origin (P<0.01). Non-single child in medical school has higher scores in interpersonal adaptation than single-child (P<0.05). The multiple linear regression analysis showed that satisfaction,interpersonal adaptation and emotional adjustment are three important factors affecting the mental health of medical students. Conclusion School adaptability has a certain effect on the mental health of medical students.
