A Historical Review on the Implementation of the Labour and Capital Consultation Conference System in Beijing from 1950 to 1953
After the liberation of Beiping,the Communist Party of China's Beiping Municipal Committee conducted beneficial explorations on how to regulate labour and capital relations.After the founding of New China,in order to regulate labour and capital relations,restore and develop the national economy,the Party and government decided to establish a labour and capital consultation conference system in private enterprises throughout the country.To this end,Beijing actively implemented the spirit of the central policies and established a system of labour and capital management consultation meetings in private enterprises throughout the city.Before the Five-Anti Campaign,a system of labour and capital consultation meetings had been widely established,easing tense conflicts and promoting production development.During the Five-Anti Campaign,the system of labour and capital consultation meetings was briefly interrupted.After the Five-Anti Campaign,the system of labour and capital consultation conference was rebuilt,which eased the tense labour and capital relationship during the movement again and promoted further development of production.The system of labour capital consultation conference came to an end with the completion of the socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce.It made outstanding contributions to the construction of new types of labour and capital relations and the recovery and development of the national economy,and had important historical significance.
