Historical Investigation of Forest Protection and Fire Prevention Work Since the Establishment of New China
Forest protection and fire prevention work is an important part of China's development of ecological civilization.Since the founding of New China,China's forest protection and fire prevention work has gone through five stages of exploration and practice,ultimately leading to a forest protection and fireprevention path that is in line with China's national conditions.The initial stage was from 1949 to 1956,the sustained development stage was from 1957 to 1977,the adjustment and recovery stage was from 1978 to 1986,the accelerated transformation stage was from 1987 to 2011,and the increasingly mature stage has been from 2012 to the present.The successful experience accumulated in forest protection and fire prevention work mainly includes adhering to the comprehensive leadership of the Party over forest protection and fire prevention work to the guiding principle of"equal emphasis on prevention and rescue",to the work method of"combining expertise with group",to the basic principle of"treating fires according to law",to the integrated and coordinated promotion of forest protection and fire prevention work in the integrated plan for building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
