六味地黄丸联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗轻中度阿尔茨海默病30例临床观察
Clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang pills combined with donepezil hydrochloride in treatment of mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease:An analysis of 30 cases

摘要
目的:观察六味地黄丸联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗轻中度阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床疗效.方法:将60例肾精亏虚型AD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例.对照组采用盐酸多奈哌齐口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服六味地黄丸.比较2组中医证候积分、简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、生活能力评估(ADL)评分.结果:总有效率治疗组为63.3％(19/30),明显高于对照组的43.3％(13/30),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后2组的中医证候积分、MMSE评分、ADL评分均得到改善,且治疗组的改善幅度较对照组大(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论:六味地黄丸联合盐酸多奈哌齐可以有效改善轻中度AD患者的临床症状,提高患者智力及生活能力.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang pills combined with donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods:A total of 60 AD patients with deficiency of kidney-essence were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given oral administration of donepezil hydrochloride,and those in the treatment group were given Liuwei Dihuang pills in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score,and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score.Results:The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group[63.3％(19/30)vs 43.3％(13/30),P＜0.05].After treatment,both groups had improvements in TCM syndrome score,MMSE score,and ADL score,and the treatment group had signifi-cantly greater improvements than the control group(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion:For patients with moderate-to-severe AD,Liuwei Dihuang pills combined with donepezil hydrochloride can effectively improve clinical syn-dromes and enhance intelligence and activities of daily living.
